How to Enable / Disable Autoformat in word 2007

The interface of Office 2007 does does not offer an intuitive tool to enable or disable the autocorrect feature it offers. Here is the method to enable or disable the autocorrect features of Word 2007 -

1. Select the Office icon at the top left.

2. Select 'Word Options'  at the bottom of the menu.

3. Select the 'Customize' tab in the word options popup.

4. Select 'All Commands' in the 'Choose commands from' dropdown.

5. Select and add 'Autoformat' , 'Autoformat as you type' , 'Autoformat Options' & click OK.

The autoformat buttons will now appear in the ribbon toolbar as shown below. You can use and modify parameters from here.
